foodborne illness occure when a person gets sick by eating food that has harmful micro_organism,In usa estimated 13.8 million case of foodborne illness due to know agents,roughly30%are due to bacteria,to parasites in 3%cases and viruses in 67% of the cases.bacteria are the causative agents of foodborne illness in 60% of case requiring hospitalization. about 2.1 million children in developing countries die due to diarrheal_related that food or water is the vehicle for many of these illness........
